Toya McLeod, Founder & Lead Auctioneer
With a distinguished tenure spanning more than two decades on the auction block and leading hundreds of live events annually, Toya McLeod brings an unparalleled mastery and commanding presence to every stage. A multi-time champion auctioneer, Toya has overseen complex international sales across Dubai, Lebanon, India, and the Philippines, alongside high-profile art, real estate, and dealer auctions throughout the U.S. His commitment to the industry's future is further demonstrated by his service as 2nd Vice President on the board for the Texas Auctioneers Association.
Toya is known for his technical precision, inherent charisma, and unmistakable commanding rhythm. While he is dedicated to mentoring emerging talent, he remains constantly focused on chasing new knowledge and elevating the pursuit of excellence in his own craft. He embodies the core ethos of Encore Auctioneers: uncompromising execution, unwavering professionalism, and optimal realization.
DeAnn Flora, Founder & Director of Operations
DeAnn Flora’s professional path began in the auction lanes, rooted in a family auto auction in Indiana, and was formally launched with her graduation from DePauw University. She quickly established a distinguished tenure in the wholesale auto auction space, including leadership roles at ADESA where she focused on hybrid and online sales environments.
Leveraging her MBA from the prestigious Thunderbird School of Global Management, she transitioned to the client side, culminating in the role of National Auction Manager for Capital One Auto Finance. Today, she continues in the industry as a Director at IAA and contributes to governance on the Standards Committee for the Automotive Remarketing Alliance.
As the operational director for Encore Auctioneers, DeAnn combines acute business acumen with a lifelong passion for the auction industry, bringing unparalleled operational insight and strategic excellence to every project.
Wade Pierce, Lead Ringman
Wade Pierce’s expert-level knowledge across diverse asset classes is rooted in a lifetime dedicated to sales, beginning with his upbringing in the cattle business. This foundational expertise led him to open his own sales company over four decades ago.
With more than forty years of experience spanning automotive, benefit, purebred livestock, and real estate auctions, Wade is recognized as one of the most respected ringmen in the industry. A two-time WAAC World Champion Ringman and proud Texas A&M University graduate, Wade is a true master of working the room.
Known for his powerful instinct, precise timing, and infectious energy, he brings unmatched professionalism and commanding presence to every auction, from the Governor’s Mansion to the local sale barn. Simply put, Wade is a driving force behind Encore’s live auction success.
